Gus Eghneim

Gus Eghneim has led HSSE, Sustainability, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Compliance functions to mitigate risks and enhance value at large, diverse organizations in the power industry. Over his 35-year career at companies including EthosEnergy and Wood Group, he has driven strategies and improved processes for measurable success. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA.

Michael Dean

Michael Dean leads the enterprise-wide technology, data, and cybersecurity agenda at PROENERGY. For three decades, Michael has driven business transformation and operational excellence in highly regulated sectors, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, insurance, and financial services. Michael’s career reflects a proven ability to build and scale IT initiatives from the ground up by aligning people, processes, and technology with organizational goals. He holds an MBA in Statistics and Information Systems from Baylor University.

Robert Andrews

Rob Andrews has decades of knowledge in the gas turbine industry, including all facets of power-plant design and execution, turbine technology and manufacturing, product design, services, and business innovation. Prior to his current role as Chief Technology Officer, Rob helped PROENERGY to advance its R&D program and strengthen the supply chain as Senior Vice President Operations. In past roles at GE, Rob served as Senior Executive for Strategic Technology and Global Services Product Line Engineering, and he also led Aeroderivative Engineering for more than five years. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

Jim Sutton

Jim Sutton has led billion-dollar businesses and thousands of employees over a 30-year career in the energy sector. As Chief Operating Officer at PROENERGY, he draws on an extensive global background from senior executive roles at major corporations and private equity groups overseeing complex, large-scale industrial services. His diverse expertise spans supply chain management, customer service operations, and P&L leadership.

Jeff Canon

Jeff Canon founded PROENERGY Services in 2002 and has since established the company as a vertically integrated energy platform with experience in 40 countries. Under his leadership, PROENERGY continues to expand its capabilities in fast-start, dispatchable power solutions. Before founding PROENERGY, he was CEO of PIC Energy Group. He also served as Vice President/General Manager of Stewart and Stevenson, General Manager of Latin America for GE, and Plant Manager for LFC Power Systems.
