Alejandro Vigo

Alejandro Vigo applies more than 30 years of knowledge, ranging from conception to management and execution, in international power-generation projects. He previously served as General Manager Latin America leveraging experience in Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina. Prior to his roles at PROENERGY, he was General Manager of North Region Operations for YPF and Pluspetrol Energy in Argentina and ran one of the country’s largest power generation complexes totaling more than 1,200 MW of installed capacity. Additionally, he served as General Manager for Latin America at PIC Energy Group and as Plant Manager for GE and SSOI.

Landon Tessmer

Landon Tessmer brings more than 15 years of power generation experience to his role as Vice President Commercial Operations for the PowerFLX (turnkey EPC) division. He joined PROENERGY in 2018 as Vice President Business Development, leading PowerFLX sales and commercial efforts. His background includes positions in thermal power generation as a proposal engineer, project and sales manager, and technical sales consultant for the supply of critical capital equipment into new aeroderivative gas turbine generation facilities. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, Canada.

Michael Storm

Mike Storm contributes more than 35 years of industry experience, including roles as the Commissioning Field Engineer for the first two LM6000 gas turbine generator sets. Previously, he worked at Wood Group/EthosEnergy as Senior Project Manager for EPC fossil fuel plants until his promotion to VP of Operations for EPC projects. Prior to that at GE, he served as Field Commissioner for the first LM6000 DLE in the USA and as Project Manager for EPC and equipment-only LM6000 power plants, after which he continued as Project Manager for EPC LM6000 power projects with the global organization.

Brian Roth

Brian Roth brings more than 30 years of power generation experience to his current role as VP O&M at PROENERGY. Brian served in the US Navy for 22 years as a Nuclear Trained Submarine Officer. He has held various power industry positions at companies, including Mirant, Wood Group, and EthosEnergy. His experience includes plant positions such as Engineer, O&M Manager, and Plant Manager, and corporate roles as Commercial Manager and Vice President of O&M Services. Brian is also a certified leadership and team building facilitator and an organizational health expert.

Grahame Martin

Over a nearly 40-year career, Grahame Martin has accumulated technical and commercial expertise dedicated to high-speed rotating equipment. He currently serves as VP EMEA & Asia at PROENERGY, where he grows strategic relationships and expands business in the region. After starting in the power industry as a gas turbine technician, Grahame advanced through various roles at Woodward Governor, General Electric, and Alba Power. His multifaceted skillset covers project management, sales, and commercial functions, and he has a proven track record in capital sales, on a UK, regional, and international basis.

Sarah Johnson

Leveraging a more than 20-year career, Sarah Johnson leads an agile, customer‑focused division that delivers reliability, speed, and service excellence. Sarah’s deep, expansive experience gives her aftermarket, commercial, operational, and supply-chain insights, resulting in a high-performing field organization. She began serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the US Air Force, where she learned the fundamentals of readiness, reliability, and disciplined execution—principles that continue to shape her leadership today. Additionally, she worked in the oil and gas industry at Technip FMC and Siemens Energy, where she gained strategic expertise running complex service organizations.
