Scott Blair

Scott Blair has practiced law by working in-house with industrial and energy businesses in global manufacturing, sales, projects, and services for more than 30 years, including 10 years at GE Power & Water. His background involves working closely with lines of business and corporate functions to navigate legal issues. He has also helped business teams execute strategic plans to grow sales, manage risks, and preserve profit margins. Scott earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.

Chaunta Foster

At PROENERGY, Chaunta Foster aligns workforce strategies with goals related to both business performance and organizational culture. She has two decades of human resources experience within industrial manufacturing companies in diverse industries. Her career reflects progressively increasing responsibility, from shift supervisor to senior executive leader. Chaunta holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Brown University.

John Spilker

John Spilker brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President Operations. In his previous position as Vice President Packaging, John provided operational oversight while verifying that his team’s adherence to all safety and quality policies and procedures. He is a results-oriented executive with operational manufacturing management experience in heavy equipment, commercial highway, and automotive industries. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, he has a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master certification.

Carlos Picon

Carlos Picon brings more than 25 years of experience to his role at PROENERGY. He previously held various positions at GE Power Systems, PIC/Marubeni Energy Group, Wood Group, and PSM. Mr. Picon is a proven business leader with negotiation and commercial experience acquired through global roles and expatriate assignments in the power and oil & gas industries. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technical Operations, Engineering, and Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Thomas Canon

Thomas Canon brings more than 15 years of power-plant experience encompassing an entire project life cycle, from construction and start-up through operations and maintenance. He has led the turnkey EPC program for 5 GW of LM2500 and LM6000 power generation at dozens of sites worldwide.

John MacIsaac

John MacIsaac is a Professional Engineer and seasoned executive with decades of experience across multiple sectors and countries. Over his career, he has led large-scale projects and all aspects of engineering and operations within the utility sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Brunswick and is also a graduate of the University of Prince Edward Island.
