As Vice President of Change Implementation, Catherine leads both strategic and tactical activities focused on the continuous improvement of turnkey projects. Since joining PROENERGY in 2014, she has contributed to the direction and success of critical projects while advancing through roles in EPC project development, project execution, engineering leadership, and business transformation. Early in her career, she spent a decade in the uranium mining industry while earning two master’s degrees through continuing education.
