We apply proven condition-based maintenance strategies that maximize asset life and minimize operating costs. Our in-house inspection, reconditioning, repair, and overhaul capabilities extend part and component serviceability while also reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Our major overhaul process uses a condition-based approach—typically factoring in such things as a borescope inspection, factored fired hours, and engine history—to make your PE6000, LM6000, or LM2500 operation-ready in 120 days or less.
For times of critical need, we keep our in-house inventory stocked with available rotable parts and components, such as hot sections, low-pressure turbines, compressor blades, control units, pumps, and starters. Our quick exchanges, component repairs, and timely field services help you to continue business uninterrupted.
Following an unplanned event, your turbine enters our depot to allow our certified technicians to disassemble and investigate the issue and determine the most efficient, economical way forward.
Our comprehensive, in-house workscope for LM6000 and LM2500 fuel-nozzle overhauls raises the standards. We achieve low, industry-leading T48 and T54 spreads through precision alignment, efficient arrangement, and flow-rate calibrations of all nozzles within ±2 percent of each other.
