For three decades, Michael has driven business transformation and operational excellence in highly regulated sectors, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, insurance, and financial services. Michael’s career reflects a proven ability to build and scale IT initiatives from the ground up by aligning people, processes, and technology with organizational goals. He holds an MBA in Statistics and Information Systems from Baylor University.
