Mr. Picon is a proven business leader with negotiation and commercial experience acquired through global roles and expatriate assignments in the power and oil & gas industries. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technical Operations, Engineering, and Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
