Jeff Canon
President & CEO
Jeff Canon founded PROENERGY Services in 2002 and has since established the company as a vertically integrated energy platform with experience in 40 countries. Under his leadership, PROENERGY continues to expand its capabilities in dispatchable power solutions. Before founding PROENERGY, he was CEO of PIC Energy Group. He served as Vice President/General Manager of Stewart and Stevenson, General Manager of Latin America for GE, and Plant Manager for LFC Power Systems.
Pedro Ejzykowicz
Chief Financial Officer
Pedro Ejzykowicz brings more than 20 years of expertise to his position at PROENERGY. A proven finance executive, he previously worked at Onward Energy and Southwest Generation as CFO, as well as Pratt & Whitney, KPMG, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Intralox, and Banco Boavista in various roles. Pedro has accumulated specialized experience in capital markets, M&A, strategy, FP&A, tax, and accounting across diverse industries, such as energy, manufacturing, consulting, and banking. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio, an MBA in Corporate Finance from IBMEC, and an MBA in International Business from Loyola University New Orleans.
Carlos Picon
Chief Commercial Officer
Carlos Picon brings more than 25 years of experience to his role at PROENERGY. He previously held various positions at GE Power Systems, PIC/Marubeni Energy Group, Wood Group, and PSM. Mr. Picon is a proven business leader with negotiation and commercial experience acquired through global roles and expatriate assignments in the power, oil, and gas industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technical Operations, Engineering, and Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Robert Andrews
Chief Technology Officer
Rob Andrews has decades of knowledge in the gas turbine industry, including all facets of power-plant design and execution, turbine technology and manufacturing, product design, services, and business innovation. Prior to his current role as Chief Technology Officer, Rob helped PROENERGY to advance its R&D program and strengthen the supply chain as Senior Vice President Operations. In past roles at GE, Rob served as Senior Executive for Strategic Technology and Global Services Product Line Engineering, and he also led Aeroderivative Engineering for more than five years. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
Gus Eghneim
Senior Vice President Compliance Sustainability and Chief Compliance Officer
Gus Eghneim has led HSSE, Sustainability, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Compliance functions to mitigate risks and enhance value at large, diverse organizations in the power industry. Over his 35-year career at companies including EthosEnergy and Wood Group, he has driven strategies and improved processes for measurable success. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA.
Thomas Canon
Senior Vice President PowerFLX Solutions
Thomas Canon brings more than 15 years of power-plant experience encompassing an entire project life cycle, from construction and start-up through operations and maintenance. He has led the turnkey EPC program for 5 GW of LM2500 and LM6000 power generation at dozens of sites worldwide.
John Spilker
Senior Vice President Operations
John Spilker brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President Operations. In his previous position as Vice President Packaging, John provided operational oversight while verifying that his team's adherence to all safety and quality policies and procedures. He is a results-oriented executive with operational manufacturing management experience in heavy equipment, commercial highway, and automotive industries. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, he has a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master certification.
John Stevens
Senior Vice President AeroAdvantage
John Stevens contributes more than 35 years of power generation experience to his role as Senior Vice President AeroAdvantage. When serving in the U.S. Navy for 6 years, John started his career and worked as a Naval Gas Turbine Instructor at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center, among other accomplishments. He has held various power industry positions at PIC, GE, Stewart & Stevenson Operations, PPS Group, and within PROENERGY including Plant Manager, Commercial Manager, Director of O&M, Vice President of Sales, President of Contractual Services, VP Asset Optimization, and Chief Commercial Officer.
Scott Blair
Vice President General Counsel
Scott Blair has practiced law by working in-house with industrial and energy businesses in global manufacturing, sales, projects, and services for more than 30 years, including 10 years at GE Power & Water. His background involves working closely with lines of business and corporate functions to navigate legal issues. He has also helped business teams execute strategic plans to grow sales, manage risks, and preserve profit margins. Scott earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.
Scott A. Dieball
Counsel & Vice President
As Counsel & Vice President, Scott Dieball has more than 30 years of business and commercial experience in the U.S. and international power, construction, and energy sectors. Scott is responsible for legal oversight and compliance on all projects and company operations. Scott previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Kinder Morgan and at Enron Corp. in their Houston offices, while concentrating on project development, construction, and operations in the power, pipeline, and energy sectors. For many years, he also served as Senior and Division Counsel for General Electric and Stewart & Stevenson Services with a focus on business lines involved in gas turbine equipment packaging, aftermarket and field services, and third-party O&M services.
Cara Canon
Principal
As Principal of PROENERGY, Cara Canon has worked alongside Jeff since the company's inception building the Vision, Strategy, Marketing, and Corporate Social Responsibility Programs. She has served on a number of boards focusing on higher education, community wellness, and workforce development. Cara's passion is developing and enhancing Christian philanthropic programs serving the underprivileged both domestically and abroad.
Krista Lowe
Chief of Staff
Krista Lowe brings more than 35 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to her role as Chief of Staff. Before joining PROENERGY, Krista held several positions, including Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and VP of Operations. In 2009, she joined PROENERGY and has served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and VP Administration. Krista has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA from Williams Woods University.
Paul DiMascio
Chief Engineer
Paul DiMascio has 45 years of experience solving tough problems and adding value – from uprating gas turbines, jet engines, and nuclear reactors to learning why/how components fail and preventing that failure. He has a proven track record of inventing solutions that have saved millions of dollars. In fact, he holds 115 patents for technology and design methods to extend the life of components, make more reliable products, and reduce costs. At PROENERGY, Paul provides oversight and expertise to a multi-disciplined engineering team responsible for the development and/or system integration of electrical, mechanical, structural, and process designs for power-generating facilities and systems.
Bob Bosse
Vice President Aero Products
Bob Bosse brings more than 35 years of industry experience to his role as Vice President Aero Products. Prior to joining PROENERGY, Bob held various management positions with Wood Group, Innovative Energy Group, PIC, Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, and GE. His Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering includes Engineering Studies from Cincinnati Technical College and Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Kevin Burttschell
Vice President Gas Turbine Manufacturing
Kevin Burttschell brings more than 35 years of experience to his role as Vice President Gas Turbine Manufacturing. Kevin is a performance-driven operations manager with extensive professional experience solving operations problems, leading cross-functional teams, and improving business performance. Prior to joining PROENERGY, Kevin held various positions, including VP of Operations and Director of Maintenance. While at Delta Airlines, he held multiple roles including Product Line Manager. Kevin earned his master’s degree at the University of Tennessee.
Michael Storm
Vice President PowerFLX Solutions
Mike Storm contributes more than 35 years of industry experience, including roles as the Commissioning Field Engineer for the first two LM6000 gas turbine generator sets. Previously, he worked at Wood Group/EthosEnergy as Senior Project Manager for EPC fossil fuel plants until his promotion to VP of Operations for EPC projects. Prior to that at GE, he served as Field Commissioner for the first LM6000 DLE in the USA and as Project Manager for EPC and equipment-only LM6000 power plants, after which he continued as Project Manager for EPC LM6000 power projects with the global organization.
Landon Tessmer
Vice President Commercial Operations
Landon Tessmer brings more than 15 years of power generation experience to his role as Vice President Commercial Operations for the PowerFLX (turnkey EPC) division. He joined PROENERGY in 2018 as Vice President Business Development, leading PowerFLX sales and commercial efforts. His background includes positions in thermal power generation as a proposal engineer, project and sales manager, and technical sales consultant for the supply of critical capital equipment into new aeroderivative gas turbine generation facilities. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, Canada.
Lance Herrington
Vice President Commercial Operations
Lance Herrington is a veteran of the power industry with a nearly 30-year career. As Vice President Commercial Operations, he leverages leadership experience of more than 15 years in technology, six years in product development, and five years in commercial/strategy. Before joining PROENERGY, he spent two decades at GE, advancing through roles including field engineer, manager, product line lead, and global sales and sales operations leader. He holds an Associate’s degree in Process Control from San Jacinto College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University.
John Bryant
Director Startup Services
John Bryant joined PROENERGY shortly after its inception as a Mobilization Manager and has served as a Director of Technical Services, Plant Manager, and Project Manager for the company prior to becoming Director Startup Services. In this role, he is responsible for providing technical guidance, developing the operating plan for his business unit, and directing the activities of Startup Services. John has more than 25 years of power industry experience in operations for Calpine, GE, and Stewart & Stevenson.
Bob Dodson
Director Equipment Acquisition
Bob Dodson oversees the sourcing of parts and equipment to supply PROENERGY projects throughout the world. Bob has nearly 25 years of experience in industrial supplies, construction, and maintenance.
Alejandro Vigo
General Manager Latin America
Alejandro Vigo applies more than 25 years of experience ranging from conception to management and execution in power-generation projects throughout Latin America, including Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina. Prior to his role at PROENERGY, he served as General Manager of North Region Operations for YPF and Pluspetrol Energy in Argentina and ran one of the country’s largest power generation complexes totaling more than 1,200 MW of installed capacity. Additionally, he served as General Manager for Latin America at PIC Energy Group and as Plant Manager for GE and SSOI.
