Our fuel-systems center is built exclusively for high-performance fuel-nozzle manufacturing and repair. Leveraging precision equipment such as a high-flow test stand, ultrasonic clean tank, and microspot welder, our on-campus experts help you to achieve even and efficient T48 spreads.
Processes
Quality, Step by Step
Our comprehensive, in-house workscope includes flow testing, brazing, machining, coating applications, welding, and non-destructive testing. We clean and test your fuel nozzles, then send an inspection and assessment report for your approval before initiating repairs. The process concludes with a final post-repair report containing photos, flow data, and fuel-nozzle arrangement for maximum performance.
