Dedicated to advanced manufacturing, our Center of Excellence for Manufacturing in Sedalia produces a prolific supply of turbines as well as parts that are interchangeable between the PE6000 and LM6000. Our engineering teams leverage operational expertise to improve part longevity through selective use of advanced metallurgies, directed energy deposit (DED) additive manufacturing, and specialized assembly techniques.
The PE6000 is globally deployed and proven to generate reliable, efficient power. These engines support 99 percent start reliability with units generating power in commercial operations around the world.
PROENERGY ensures engine output and heat rate by testing at our independent string-test facility in Sedalia.
An electric utility customer received an integrated solution to restore a failed unit to full operation during peak season and save millions. PROENERGY provided a PE6000 lease engine for stable power generation while performing major repairs with a net depot turnaround time (TAT) of 65 days.
