We promote a safety-first culture and provide reduced-cost wellness benefits to encourage the physical and mental health of our employees. In addition, we celebrate the value in diverse individuals, and we participate in team building events. Our own IGNITE (Inspire, Grow, Nurture, Influence, Transform, Empower) group organizes multiple internal activities, such as employee appreciation, campus potlucks, and blood drives, every year.
