SEDALIA, MO, September 24, 2025 – PROENERGY has closed an agreement to divest four fast-start power generation facilities to CPS Energy. The deal comprises 1,632 MW of capacity through the HO Clarke, Topaz, Mark One, and Remy Jade Generating Stations.
