Metallurgical Services

ProEnergy’s Component Repair division provides metallurgical services from a state-of-the-art metallurgical laboratory and equipment. We have our own team of metallurgical engineers with extensive experience in the industry to perform metallurgical services including the evaluation and certification of coatings, life assessments on hot section components, and failure analysis of turbine parts. Our laboratory is equipped to automatically cut, mount and polish metallographic samples, as well as optical microscopy equipment with imaging analyzer capabilities, hardness testers and an XR spectroscopy alloy analyzer.
