Jeff Canon founded ProEnergy Services in 2002 and has established the company as a premier third-party service provider to the energy industry. Under his leadership, ProEnergy has grown to more than 1,000 employees with locations in Sedalia, Missouri; Houston, Texas; Fort Collins, Colorado; Argentina; Venezuela; Panama; Brazil; Pakistan; and Angola. Prior to founding ProEnergy, Canon was CEO of PIC Energy Group. He has also served as Vice President/General Manager of Stewart and Stevenson, General Manager-Latin America for General Electric, and as a Plant Manager for LFC Power Systems.
Chief Operating Officer
Travis brings over 25 years of leadership experience delivering operational results and building high performing cross functional teams. This includes serving as Operations Manager for GE Healthcare and later COO for GE Clinical Services. He spent several years at Dell, Inc. as VP of Corporate Business Group Sales & Service Operations and VP of North Carolina Operations. Most recently he served as Area President for Republic Services responsible for operations across five states. Travis earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Dave is responsible for ensuring that the Sales, Marketing and Commercial departments strategically align with all functions of the organization to promote quality growth. Prior to joining ProEnergy, Dave was the Executive Vice President of TouGas Oilfield Solutions USA and held numerous commercial leadership positions with GE. Dave earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Rutgers University.

Scott brings over 30 years of financial and operations management experience. As CFO, Scott is responsible for the overall financial stewardship of the organization. Prior to joining ProEnergy, Scott was the CFO of CG Power Systems, Americas Region, and held numerous roles at GE including VP & CFO of the Power and Water Division, Finance Director for Energy Products Europe and Commercial Finance Manager for Power Generation.

Counsel and Vice President
As Counsel & Vice President, Scott Dieball has nearly 25 years of business and commercial experience in the U.S. and international power, construction and energy sectors. Scott is responsible for legal oversight and compliance on all projects and company operations. Scott previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Kinder Morgan and at Enron Corp. in their Houston offices, concentrating on project development, construction and operations in the power, pipeline and energy sectors. For many years, he also served as Senior and Division Counsel for General Electric and Stewart & Stevenson Services focusing on business lines involved in gas turbine equipment packaging, aftermarket and field services, and third party O&M services.

Ron possesses over 25 years of legal, commercial and compliance experience in the power and telecommunications industries. Immediately prior to joining ProEnergy, Ron served at Deputy General Counsel with Harris CapRock Communications, a global satellite communications company. He also served as counsel at GE Energy, Wood Group, Stewart & Stevenson Services and Enron.

Al brings over 18 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Sales. His primary focus is to develop and direct all sales strategies while ensuring that ProEnergy’s sales and service teams understand and communicate the unique value that ProEnergy brings to its clients and business partners. Al has steadily risen through the management ranks at ProEnergy and has held leadership roles at other major service companies. Al earned his bachelor’s degree in English from Georgia Southern University.
Senior Vice President Fast Track Solutions
Bill Mars brings nearly 25 years of power generation, management and technical experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Fast Track Solutions. He is responsible for expanding ProEnergy's market presence as a global distributor of energy parts and equipment, including high voltage. Prior to joining ProEnergy, Bill was Vice President of Equisales Associates, a Support Manager for GE Energy Rentals, a Products Specialist for Thermadyne and a Technician for the United States Air Force. Bill has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.

John Stevens brings over 30 years of power generation experience to his role of Vice President of Asset Optimization. John served in the U.S. Navy for 6 years as a Naval Gas Turbine Instructor at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center. Prior to joining ProEnergy, John held various power industry positions at PIC, General Electric, Stewart & Stevenson Operations and PPS Group, including Plant Manager, Commercial Manager, Director of O&M, Vice President of Sales, and President of Contractual Services.
Vice President EHS & Quality
Fred brings over 30 years of experience to his role as ProEnergy's Vice President of EHS & Quality. Fred is responsible for driving the environmental health and safety culture throughout ProEnergy's worldwide operations and initiating policies and programs to achieve the highest level of corporate responsibility possible. He has served as a Senior Safety and Health Compliance Officer for OSHA, an adjunct Professor of Occupational Safety, Health and Security at Penn State University and Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals, Inc. Fred earned his Ph.D. in Occupational Health and Safety- Ergonomics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
Vice President Packaging Solutions
John P. Spilker is the Vice President of Packaging Solutions with full budgeting and P&L responsibility for ProEnergy's packaging facility. In his position, John also provides operational oversight and ensures that all safety and quality policies and procedures are maintained. John is a results oriented executive with over 15 years of operational manufacturing management experience in the Heavy Equipment, Commercial Highway and Automotive industries. John is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
Vice President Engineering
Chad Allen brings nearly 22 years of domestic and international EPC experience in Energy, OG&C, Bio Fuel, and Manufacturing to his role as ProEnergy’s Vice President of Engineering. He is responsible for overseeing the Engineering for domestic and international Energy, OG&C, and Manufacturing Projects. In addition, he has overseen the EPC estimating on multiple continents and developed standard plant designs including a standard LM6000 package design. Chad started his Engineering career at Black & Veatch Pritchard, designing Process Gas Plants for Shell, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Saudi Aramco and Reliance; the largest refinery in the world. He was the Site Project Engineer in Saudi Arabia, overseeing the Saudi Aramco Shedgum Gas Plant De-Bottlenecking Project; the largest gas plant in the world. Chad served as the Technical Coordinator for the Pipe Stress Section at the Black & Veatch Power Division and on the Mechanical Department Heads committee for Continuous Improvement. In addition, Chad worked for Austin Industrial as a Program Construction Manager supporting EPC Power and Bio Fuels Projects. He also served as the Director of Project Engineering for Amerada Hess Microgen. Chad earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla.

Craig brings over twenty years of operations and general management experience in the heavy industrial turbine market. As Vice President of Turbine Services, Craig primarily focuses on continuing to expand ProEnergy's repair and maintenance capabilities for heavy industrial gas and steam turbines. Prior to joining ProEnergy, Craig held various management positions at Dresser-Rand, Turbine Generator Maintenance, Leading Edge Turbine Technologies, Sulzer (Hickham Industries) and General Electric. Craig holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering & Management from Clarkson University and has contributed to multiple articles regarding design modifications and repairs on gas and steam turbines for various industry publications.

Gavin brings over 30 years of experience in the development, management and engineering of major domestic and international projects. Prior to joining ProEnergy, Gavin held numerous Engineering and Project Director roles at Fluor and Enron, and served as Senior Project Engineer at Westinghouse. Gavin received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Director Technical Services
John joined ProEnergy shortly after its inception as a Mobilization Manager and has served as a Plant Manager and Project Manager for the company prior to becoming Director of Technical Services. In this role, he is responsible for providing technical guidance, developing his business unit's operating plan and directing the activities of Technical Services. John has over 21 years of power industry experience in operations for Calpine, General Electric and Stewart & Stevenson.
Director Operations & Maintenance Services
Dennis Oehring offers over 30 years of experience in construction, start-up and operations and maintenance of power generation in various configurations including simple cycle, cogeneration, independent and utility power plants. He has completed more than 9 Greenfield start-ups with progression to supervision and managerial positions. He has experience in working through O&M contracts, which includes engineers, operations and maintenance, purchasing, warehousing and budget management. Oehring has also served as Owner's Representative/Consultant in multiple equipment manufacturer negotiations.

As Director of Equipment Acquisition, Bob oversees the sourcing of parts and equipment to supply ProEnergy projects throughout the world. Bob has over 20 years of experience in industrial supplies, construction and maintenance.
Director Controls Solutions
Ron’s 30 year career has included senior level management and leadership roles with several of the largest instrumentation and control companies in the world. Ron has extensive international experience with long-term appointments in Asia as Managing Director for Asia-Pacific operations for RiS and Triconex as well as assignments in Europe. He also served as the Sales Manager for Controls Systems for Wood Group. Ron received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Western Connecticut and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University as well as an MBA in International Business and Finance from Oklahoma City University.
