Not Every Package Has The Metal To Be ProCertified

Prior to a package being inducted into the PROENERGY certification program, it must first have the right pedigree. Only equipment that has been properly maintained and documented, meeting pre-qualified fired starts and fired hours, are accepted for inspection.

1,000+ Point Inspection

Prior to inspection, the package, including the gas turbine, generator, controls, major components, skids and package enclosures is disassembled into key modular units for documentation. Next, we perform extensive bore-scope and physical inspections. All parts are then evaluated, inventoried and stored in our environmentally controlled warehouse. Finally, our engineering and metallurgy teams collaborate to develop a full refurbishment strategy and project scope.

Controls

Every ProCertifed package comes with a New Allen-Bradley turbine controls system, and generator controls system. The open architecture software provides easier upgrade and greater turbine access. You will never be locked out of your own system. We also provide customized solutions for both the excitation systems and generator protection.

Tracking

PROENERGY's proprietary real-time tracking software, SPIN, provides an unprecedented level of transparency. Every ProCertified turbine includes an in-depth report detailing all phases of the overhaul process, complete with images, analysis and completion dates.

Certification

Being ProCertifed means your turbine or equipment has completed a rigorous 1,000+ point inspection, followed by a complete disassembly and condition-based overhaul utilizing new or fully restored components. Each process is meticulously documented, photographed and scrutinized by our PROENERGY engineering team. Finally, it is inspected and thoroughly tested prior to receiving the ProCertifed designation.

History

Every ProCertitfed turbine or package is delivered with a complete, up-to-date history of the unit, including maintenance logs, outages, repairs and upgrades, much like a CARFAX^® for your turbine. In addition, updated drawings and specifications are provided, detailing changes made by PROENERGY during the refurbishment process.

Turbine Leasing

A unique benefit to owning ProCertified equipment is the customer service that comes with it. We're so confident in our turbines that if anything should ever fail within the warranty period, we'll provide a lease turbine at no cost for removal, installation or shipping.
