As Director of Operations and Maintenance for ProEnergy Services, Bill Shinholser is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all care, custody and control facilities. He has worked in the power generation industry since the 1970s and has extensive experience in engineering, operations, maintenance and management of complex propulsion and power plants. He has been the plant manager, facility manager and operations manager of multiple U.S. and foreign power-generation facilities. He also is a former chief engineer for the U.S. Navy, where he served from 1968 to 1991.
