Scott A. Dieball
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Scott Dieball brings to ProEnergy over 20 years of business and commercial experience in the U.S. and international power, construction and energy sectors. In addition, as ProEnergy's in-house General Counsel, Scott is responsible for legal oversight and compliance on all projects and company operations. Scott previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Kinder Morgan and at Enron Corp. in their Houston offices concentrating on project development, construction and operations in the power, pipeline and energy sector. After Enron filed for bankruptcy protection in 2001, he spent the next three years helping to guide Enron through one of the most highly-publicized and documented bankruptcy reorganizations to date. For many years he also served as Senior and Division Counsel for General Electric and Stewart & Stevenson Services focusing on business lines involved in gas turbine equipment packaging, aftermarket and field services, and third party O&M services. Prior to his corporate career, Scott was in private practice in Houston where he primarily represented foreign, national and regional lenders, developers and corporations in the energy, real estate and banking sectors. Scott earned his undergraduate and legal degrees in Texas with high honors and received several scholarships and awards for academic excellence.
