John P. Spilker is Director of ProSteel Manufacturing with full budgeting and P&L responsibility for ProEnergy's fabrication facility. In his position, John also provides operational oversight and ensures that all safety and quality policies and procedures are maintained. John is a results oriented director with over 10 years of operational manufacturing management experience in the Heavy Equipment, Commercial Highway and Automotive industries. John is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
