• ProEnergy was founded by Jeff Canon in 2002 in response to a growing
  need within the energy industry for cost-effective, safe and reliable service.

• Since then, the company has grown to include more than 1,000 employees.

• ProEnergy is headquartered in Sedalia, MO, and also has U.S. offices
  in Houston, TX and Fort Collins, CO. International offices are located in
  Venezuela, Argentina, Pakistan, Panama, Brazil and Angola.

• The company primarily serves the energy industry and is responsible
  for the construction, management and maintenance of energy generation
  facilities and equipment throughout the world. It also services a variety
  of manufacturers, with a niche in the ethanol industry.

• ProEnergy focuses on twelve areas of business: Field Services, Operations
  and Maintenance, Professional Services, Technical Services, Process Services,
  Fabrication Services, Equipment and Parts, EPC Services, Turbine Services,
  Renewable Energy Services, Controls Solutions and High Voltage Services.

• ProEnergy professionals respond to and repair power outages;
  mobilize and maintain power plants; and repair manufacturing/ process lines.
  They also train plant employees and provide independent consultants
  to run energy plants. Their experience and expertise allow the company
  to take on projects that many companies of its size and larger are unable to accomplish.
