As Vice President of Business Operations, Scott Dieball brings ProEnergy Services extensive experience in law and business management. As the company’s in-house general counsel, he provides legal oversight on all projects and company operations. Dieball previously was a senior attorney for Enron Engineering & Construction Co. He also served as senior and division counsel for General Electric Power Systems and was in private practice for three years where he represented lenders, developers and businesses on financial, legal and tax matters. He obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston.
