Our coating facility has the capability to apply high temperature overlay coatings using multi-coaters with plasma high energy guns and diamond jet HVOF systems. These instruments perform real time measurement of the spray parameters and are able to ensure a consistent quality of the coatings. Other applications include aluminide slurry high temperature diffusion coatings and compressor coatings.
